Manage your Certification pack.

In this article, we will guide you on how to manage your Certification Pack subscription, including how to switch from a monthly to an annual subscription, understand our cancellation policy, and update your payment methods.

 

1. Switching from a Monthly Subscription to an Annual Subscription

You can switch from a monthly to an annual subscription at any time. However, please note that in both cases, it is a 12-month commitment.

If you wish to make the change, simply contact our support team at experts@prestashop.com to request the change.

Note:

With the annual subscription, you get a 20% discount. When switching from monthly to annual billing, you will be charged pro-rata at the annual rate: €1000/year.

 

2. Cancellation Policy

We understand that your needs may change, and therefore, you can stop being a member of the Expert Program at any time.

To do so, simply inform PrestaShop by email at experts@prestashop.com. Once we are notified, we will proceed with the unsubscription as soon as possible.

Please note that you will still have access to the Expert Program benefits until the end of the ongoing period.

Notes:

Each annual subscription started is due, meaning you are committed to paying all the monthly payments and are not entitled to any refund for the already paid period.

You are free to enrol back in the Expert Program at any time.

 

3. Updating Your Payment Methods

If you wish to update your payment information, follow these steps:

  1. Access your account: Log in to your personal account.
  2. In the main menu, go to Certifications > Certification Pack: You will find the option to modify your credit card information or choose another payment method.
  3. Go to “Manage Your Account”: Enter your new payment details and save the changes.

Note:

The change to your payment information will take effect at your next renewal.
