If you put the product offline
You can locate the product in your partner account and submit it for validation again, after making any necessary updates or corrections.
From your partner account, go to the product page and click on “edit product sheet”, then “submit your product” at the bottom.
If Prestashop put the product offline
You will receive a notification explaining the reason for the removal. You should carefully read the notification and follow the instructions provided to put the product back online. If you have any questions or encounter any issues, you can contact us through the thread generated by the notification on your PrestaShop Marketplace account.
⚠️Even while the product is offline, you are still responsible for providing support to all customers with an active Business Care. Taking a product offline will not prevent Business Care renewals. Only the permanent deactivation of the product prevents renewals of the Business Care subscription. |
