As a member of the Expert Program, PrestaShop offers you a unique opportunity to earn additional income by installing certain products in your merchants' stores. Discover how our Incentive Program works, the eligible products, the requirements to participate, and the payment terms.
1. Eligible Products and Monetary Incentives (2025)
As part of the Incentive Program, you can earn commissions based on the products installed and activated at your merchants. Here are the eligible products along with the associated monetary incentives:
PrestaShop Hosting
- Monetary Incentive: 10% of the amount for the first 12 months of the PrestaShop hosting subscription contract (24-month commitment) - one-time payment.
- Conditions: Declare the lead to PrestaShop. Contract signed between January 1, 2025 and December 31, 2025.
- Eligible Markets: All markets.
PrestaShop Checkout
- Monetary Incentive: 0.05% of the gross payment volume (GPV) generated by the merchant via PrestaShop Checkout.

Conditions: The merchant must be linked to your Expert profile in the Expert portal.
Date of the first order with PrestaShop Checkout: From July 1 to September 30, 2025.
Commission calculation period: From July 1, 2024 to December 31, 2025. - Eligible Markets: All markets.
Stripe
- Financial incentive: 0.05% of cashback on the total net payment volume (TPV) of the new merchant via the Official Stripe module.

Conditions: The merchant must be linked to your Expert profile on the Expert Portal.
First order date: between April 1st 2024 and December 31 2025

PrestaShop Shipping
- Monetary Incentive: 3% of the merchant fees generated by PrestaShop Shipping.

Conditions: The merchant must be linked to your Expert profile in the Expert portal.
Date of the first shipment with PrestaShop Shipping: From January 1 to September 30, 2025.
Commission calculation period: From January 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025. - Eligible Markets: Italy and Spain.
PrestaShop Enterprise
- Financial incentive: 10% on monthly subscription fees.
- Conditions: This incentive is granted on a case-by-case basis, depending on your Expert contract with PrestaShop. The amount and conditions are to be confirmed directly with your Channel Manager. Contract signed until December 31, 2025.
- Eligible markets: All markets.
Alma
- Monetary Incentive: €300 (one-time payment) for each new merchant activated between January 1, 2025, and September 30, 2025.

Conditions: The merchant must generate at least €1 million in GMV in the last 12 months. The merchant must be synchronized with Cloudync (for version PS 1.6.1.11 with PHP5.6 and newer).
Date of the first order with Alma: From January 1, 2025, to September 30, 2025. - Eligible Markets: France and Italy.
Conditions of Participation
To be eligible for commissions and incentives, you must meet the following criteria:
- Valid Certification: You must possess a valid certification in the Expert program. If you are not yet certified, you can obtain your certification pack directly from the Expert portal.
- Opportunity Declaration: You must declare the opportunity in the Expert portal. The principle of first come, first served will be applied. PrestaShop reserves the right to refuse your opportunity if our teams are already in the process of finalizing the agreement with the client.
- Lead Conversion: You must convert a declared lead within 6 months of its declaration. If the conversion does not occur within this timeframe, the lead must be re-declared and converted again for each 6-month period. It is important to note that the leads you declare will not be shared with other Experts. However, if multiple Experts declare the same lead, PrestaShop will inform the concerned Experts.
3. Payment Terms
Incentive payments are made on a quarterly basis. Here are the terms:
- Income Calculation Period: Income is calculated between July 1, 2024, and December 31, 2025, for certain products.
- Billing: To receive your incentive, you must send an invoice to PrestaShop S.A. at the following email address: vendor.invoices@prestashop.com. PrestaShop will proceed with the payment of the incentive within 60 days after receipt of the invoice.
- Minimum Amount for Quarterly Payment: The minimum amount required for a quarterly payment (Q1, Q2, and Q3) is €100. The payment of commissions for Q4 and the remaining amounts will be made in full in Q1 of the following year if the amount is greater than €25.
