As a member of the Expert Program, PrestaShop offers you opportunities for additional income through the Incentive Program. By installing certain PrestaShop products at your merchants, you can earn commissions or cashbacks according to the prevailing conditions.
Conditions are regularly updated: eligible products, commission rates, and validity dates are defined annually by PrestaShop. Find the current conditions directly in the Expert Portal > Incentives.
1. Types of incentives available
The program currently covers 6 products, grouped into 3 categories:
Payment
- PrestaShop Checkout: 0.05% of the Net GPV generated by each onboarded merchant. The merchant must be associated with your profile in the portal.
- Stripe: 0.05% of the Net GPV via the Official Stripe module. The merchant must be associated with your profile. First order starting from April 2025.
- Alma: €300 one-time for each new merchant activated. Markets FR, IT, and ES only. The merchant must have generated > €1M in GMV over the last 12 months. Deal to be declared in advance.
Marketing
- Ciklik: 12% revshare on new merchant subscriptions. France only. Deal to be declared in advance.
Services
- PrestaShop Hosting: 10% one-time of the annual contract value (1st year). Deal to be declared in advance.
- OpenSI: 10% revshare on new subscriptions (year 1 only). Requires a PrestaShop agency contract. The merchant must be associated with your profile in the portal.
The rates, validity periods, and eligible markets are specified in the Expert Portal > Incentives for each active program.
2. Participation Conditions
To be eligible for commissions and incentives, you must meet the following criteria:
- Valid certification: at least one active Core Skills certified developer in your agency.
- CloudSync enabled: the CloudSync module must be installed and active on the relevant merchant's store.
3. Payment terms
Incentive payments are made on a quarterly basis:
- Billing: to receive your incentive, send an invoice to PrestaShop S.A. at the address: vendor.invoices@prestashop.com. Payment occurs within 60 days after receipt.
- Minimum amount: €100 for a quarterly payment (Q1, Q2, Q3). Amounts below €25 and the Q4 balance are settled in full in Q1 of the following year if the amount exceeds €25.
