As a member of the Expert Program, PrestaShop offers you a unique opportunity to earn additional revenue by installing certain products in your merchants' stores. Learn how our Incentive Program works, the eligible products, the requirements to participate, and the payment terms.
1. Eligible Products and Monetary Incentives (2025)
As part of the Incentive Program, you can earn commissions based on the products installed and activated in your merchants' stores. Here are the eligible products and the associated monetary incentives:
PrestaShop Hosting
- Monetary Incentive: 10% of the amount for the first 12 months of the PrestaShop hosting subscription contract (24-month commitment) - one-time payment.
- Requirements: Declare the lead to PrestaShop. Contract signed between January 1, 2025, and December 31, 2025.
- Eligible Markets: All markets.
PrestaShop Checkout
- Monetary Incentive: 0.05% of the gross payment volume (GPV) generated by the merchant through PrestaShop Checkout.

Requirements: The merchant must be linked to your Expert profile in the Expert Portal. First order date with PrestaShop Checkout: From July 1st, 2024 to December 31st, 2025
Commission calculation period: From January 1st, 2025 to December 31, 2025. - Eligible Markets: All markets.
Stripe

Monetary Incentive: 0.05% cashback on the net Total payment volume (TPV) with Stripe Official module on the new onboarded merchant’s shop.

Requirements: The merchant must be linked to your Expert profile in the Expert Portal.
First order date with Stripe: between April 1st, 2024 and December 31st, 2025.
Commission calculation period: From April 1st, 2024 and December 31st, 2025. - Eligible Markets: All markets.
PrestaShop Shipping
- Monetary Incentive: 3% of the merchant fees generated by PrestaShop Shipping.

Requirements: The merchant must be linked to your Expert profile in the Expert Portal.
First shipping date with PrestaShop Shipping: From January 1, 2025, to September 30, 2025.
Commission calculation period: From January 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025. - Eligible Markets: Italy and Spain.
PrestaShop Enterprise

Monetary Incentive: 10% on monthly subscription fee

Requirements: this incentive is granted on a case-by-case basis, depending on your contractual Expert agreement with PrestaShop. The amount and conditions of the incentive are to be confirmed individually with your Channel Manager. Contract signed until December 31, 2025.
- Eligible Markets: All markets.
Alma
- Monetary Incentive: €300 (one-time payment) for each new activated merchant between January 1st, 2025 to September 30, 2025

Requirements: The merchant must generate at least €1 million GMV in the last 12 months. The merchant must be synchronized with Cloudync (for PrestaShop 1.6.1.11 with PHP 5.6 and later).
First order date with Alma: From January 1st, 2025 to September 30, 2025 - Eligible Markets: France and Italy.
2. Participation Conditions
To be eligible for commissions and incentives, you must meet the following criteria:
- Valid Certification: You must have a valid certification in the Expert program. If you are not yet certified, you can obtain your certification pack directly from the Expert Portal.
- Opportunity Declaration: You must declare the opportunity in the Expert Portal. The first-come, first-served principle will apply. PrestaShop reserves the right to reject your opportunity if our teams are already finalizing the deal with the client.
- Lead Conversion: You must convert a declared lead within 6 months of its declaration. If conversion does not occur within this period, the lead must be declared again and converted once more for each 6-month period. It is important to note that the leads you declare will not be shared with other Experts. However, if multiple Experts declare the same lead, PrestaShop will inform the concerned Experts.
3. Payment Terms
Incentive payments are made on a quarterly basis. Here are the details:
- Revenue Calculation Period: Revenues are calculated from July 1, 2024, to December 31, 2025, for certain products.
- Invoicing: To receive your incentive, you must send an invoice to PrestaShop S.A. at the following email address: vendor.invoices@prestashop.com. PrestaShop will pay the incentive 60 days after receiving the invoice.
- Minimum Amount for Quarterly Payment: The minimum amount required for a quarterly payment (Q1, Q2, and Q3) is €100. Payment for commissions for Q4 and remaining amounts will be made in full in Q1 of the following year if the amount exceeds €25.
