Once a payment method has been saved to your seller account, the subscription fee is automatically charged on the anniversary date of your subscription.
⚠️ Important: Setting a product offline does not end your subscription.
If you do not wish to keep your subscription and want to avoid future charges, you must cancel your subscription directly from your seller account.
How to cancel your subscription?
To avoid automatic renewal in the future, please follow these steps:
Log in to your seller account.
Go to the “Product” section.
Click on “Product fees.”
Select “Stop fees” for the relevant module.
Once these steps are completed, your subscription will be canceled and you will no longer be charged.
Refund and Renewal Policy
1. Non-refundable fees
By default, annual fees and subscriptions are non-refundable.
2. Automatic renewal
The subscription is automatically renewed on the anniversary date.
A reminder is sent to sellers before this date (15 days in advance).
If the seller does not cancel before the anniversary date and the payment is processed, no refund will be issued (except in the case of a technical error).
3. Cancellation before the anniversary date
If a seller wishes to stop their subscription, the request must be made before the anniversary date.
The cancellation must be completed directly via the seller account.
In this case, no payment will be charged. No refund is required if the cancellation is properly completed before the renewal date.
