The monitoring of certifications allows you to ensure that your team remains up to date and compliant with the requirements of the PrestaShop Expert program. This dashboard centralizes the status of your developers' certifications and alerts you in case of actions to be taken.
1. Access to the monitoring dashboard.
- Log in to the Expert Portal with an agency administrator account.
- Open the Certifications tab > Dashboard.
- Refer to the Certification Tracking table listing all purchased certifications.
2. Information visible in the tracking table.
The table presents, for each certification:
- Name of the certification.
- Name of the developer.

Certification status:
- Not assigned: certification not attributed to a developer
- Invitation sent: the examination invitation has been sent, awaiting completion
- Certified: the examination has been passed and the certification is active
- Echoué: the exam has not been validated (retake required)
- Expired: the certification is no longer valid (renewal required)
- Expiration date: 24 months after passing the exam
Best practices
- Consult the table each week to anticipate deadlines.
- In the event of failure, consider retaking the relevant developer exam (or another) to avoid an impact on your agency badge.
- Maintain a balance of skills (Core Skills, Administrator Skills, Storefront Skills) according to the projects and profiles of your agency.
Ensure the continuity and credibility of your agency by regularly monitoring the status of certifications. Please go to the Expert Portal > Certifications > Dashboard to check the statuses, manage retakes, and keep your badge up to date.

How to extend a certification that is about to expire?
Schedule a retake of the exam before the expiration date (reminders at D-90 and D-30). The new success extends the validity for 24 months.
A developer has failed. May I re-register him immediately?
Yes. It is necessary to purchase a new ticket, and he will receive a new invitation.
Is the withdrawal of the agency badge permanent?
No. The badge can be reactivated as soon as the certification conditions for the team are met again.
