Before withdrawing your earnings, it is important to note that the amount you can collect from your sales, is subject to two conditions:
- the cashable amount must have been acquired at least 45 days;
- this amount must be over €100.
If the cashable amount does not meet these conditions, the balance will show 0 € and you will not yet be able to recover the amount obtained from your sales.
Withdraw my earnings
To withdraw your earnings, Go to your Partner account, and click on the "Bank" tab and click on receive my money
Here you can see the total amount available in your account, as well as the cashable amount.
You must then attach an invoice with the desired amount, and you can also change the payment method. For more information, check this article.

Can I get paid whenever I want?
You can submit your invoice whenever you want, however, our accounting team makes payments only on Thursdays.
What happens if my invoice gets declined?
The accounting team will send you an email explaining the reasons of declination, so you can make necessary changes and resubmit your invoice.
