As a partner on the PrestaShop Marketplace, you undertake to provide the Business Care service on an ongoing basis for the duration of the customer's subscription (except in the event of reimbursement or termination of the Business Care service by the customer).
Upon termination, you are no longer obliged to provide the Business Care service for the product concerned.
What happens if I fail to meet the obligations of the Business Care subscription
PrestaShop reserves the right to take various measures depending on the nature of the failure to comply with its Business Care obligations (response to support requests, correction of technical bugs, etc.
- Validate the customer's request for reimbursement of the cost of the Business Care service without the consent of the partner,
- Take your products temporarily offline,
- Suspend/derefer the Partner.
We will first send an e-mail notification reminding you of the breached obligations and inviting you to take corrective measures.
