We would like to remind you of the URL verification and validation process after they have been declared on the PrestaShop Experts platform.
How does the verification work?
Once your URLs are associated with your account, our verification and validation bot automatically checks them every 6 hours for compliance. This process ensures that the information provided is accurate and meets PrestaShop's validation criteria.
What to do if the status remains pending?
If, after 6 hours from declaring the URLs, the status remains "Pending" and does not change, we invite you to contact us so we can analyze the situation and provide assistance.
