If you have recently associated URLs with your PrestaShop Expert account but their status remains "Pending," you may be wondering how long the approval process takes and what to expect.
How does the URL approval process work?
When an expert declares their URLs on the PrestaShop Expert platform, they are not immediately validated. An automated bot runs at regular intervals to process these requests.
Approval Timeframe
Approval is not instant. The validation bot runs every six hours to check and process newly declared URLs. Therefore, even if you have correctly associated the URLs, they will remain in "Pending" status until the bot performs its next scheduled check.
What to do if your URL is still pending?
If your URL remains marked as "Pending" after declaration, here are some checks to perform:
- Check the declaration time: If less than six hours have passed, the bot may not have processed it yet.
- Wait for the next bot cycle: Since validation occurs every six hours, your URL should be approved automatically during the bot’s next check if everything is in order.
