How are the points calculated?
Your score is calculated automatically based on several categories. Each action or performance corresponds to a specific number of points. The details of your score can be viewed in the Expert Portal Performance Score Details.
1. Declared shops
Your merchant portfolio directly contributes to your score.
- Declared shops (URLs): 1 associated URL = 20 points
- GMV (CloudSync): 2 €000 of GMV per associated URL = 1 point
⚠️ The shop must have CloudSync enabled for the GMV to be counted.
2. Use of PrestaShop solutions
The activation of PrestaShop products by your merchants generates points.
- Addons / Marketplace (including Business Care): €3 = 1 point
- PrestaShop Checkout (merchant GMV): €250 = 1 point
- PrestaShop Hosting (subscription): €3 = 1 point
- PS Social (subscription): €1 = 1 point
- eShip / POS (merchant fees): €2 = 1 point
- BuiltFor: €3 = 1 point
- Stripe GMV (new activations): €300 = 1 point
3. Commitment to the Experts program
- Visibility Pack (annual subscription): 1,000 points if active.
- Additional certifications (Core Skills, Administrator Skills, Storefront Skills): 250 points per active certification purchased outside of the included passage in the subscription.
- Events and sponsorship (PrestaShop events only): €1 = 1 point.
- Tenure in the program: 1 point per day since onboarding with an active annual subscription.
