How are points calculated?
Your score is calculated automatically based on several categories.
Each action or performance corresponds to a specific number of points.
Scoring system 2026
1. Merchant Activity
Your merchant portfolio and their performance directly contribute to your score.
Merchant URL
1 associated URL = 20 points
Merchant GMV
1 point for every €2,000 of GMV per associated URL
⚠️ The store must have CloudSync activated.
2. Use of PrestaShop Solutions
The use and activation of PrestaShop products by your merchants generate points.
Marketplace Spending (including Business Care)
€3 spent = 1 point
PrestaShop Checkout (merchant GMV)
€250 GMV = 1 point
PrestaShop Hosting (subscription)
€3 = 1 point
PrestaShop Social (subscription)
€3 = 1 point
PrestaShop Shipping (merchant fees)
€3 = 1 point
Bonus:
Each new merchant activated with PrestaShop Shipping in 2025 = +100 additional points
Stripe (merchant GMV – new activations since April 1, 2025)
