The PrestaShop Expert program allows web agencies to benefit from exclusive advantages: visibility in the Expert directory, certifications, performance tools, and additional revenue. Registration can be completed in a few minutes, without manual validation.
Steps to join the Expert program.
1. Access the Expert Portal
Go to https://experts.prestashop.com/.
2. Log in with your PrestaShop account (PS Account)
The Expert Portal utilizes PrestaShop Account (PS Account) authentication.
- If you already possess a PrestaShop account, please log in with your credentials.
- If you do not have one, please create an account directly from the login page.
Follow the guided path on the homepage.
After logging in, you will arrive directly at the Expert Portal homepage, which will guide you step by step:
- Declare your first online store - a modal window will open to associate a PrestaShop URL with your account.
- Wait for URL validation - the system checks automatically (up to 6 h).
- Subscribe to the Expert program - once your first store is validated, you can subscribe (€100/month or 1 €000/year).
Once subscribed, you gain access to all features through a guided dashboard with an onboarding checklist.
What you can do once registered.
As soon as your subscription is activated, you gain access to the entire program:
- Declare your merchant stores to accumulate scoring points.
- Certify your developers (Core Skills, Administrator Skills, Storefront Skills) to obtain your certified agency badge.
- Monitor your performance and level (Expert ★, Expert ★★, Expert ★★★) from the dashboard.
- Access incentives and generate additional revenue on PrestaShop products.
- Complete your agency profile to appear in the PrestaShop Expert directory.
