The PrestaShop Expert Program values and rewards partner agencies for their commitment to the PrestaShop ecosystem. Through a system of progressive tiers, agencies can access growing benefits as they build expertise and recognition.
Step 1 - Becoming an Expert (between 20 pts and 750 points)
To get started in the program, you will need to:
- Fill in the membership form.
- Submit at least 1 URL of a site built with PrestaShop, earning you the 20 pts required.
Once validated, this step grants access to the "Expert" level.
Benefits unlocked:
- "PrestaShop Expert" badge
- Co-branded materials
- Access to the monthly Expert newsletter
- Access to the monthly Expert webinars
Step 2 - Moving up to Expert ★ (between 750 pts and 3,000 pts)
You can then access the next level by:
- Subscribing to the annual Expert Program subscription, which earns 1,000 pts.
This allows you to become "Expert ★".
Benefits unlocked:
- All benefits from the previous level.
- Developer & Agency certified badges (subscription required).
- PrestaShop Marketplace discount code.
- Participation in the monetary incentive program.
- Dedicated page with direct contact form for new leads on prestashop.com.
- Client matching carried out by the PrestaShop team.
- Access to the full certification catalog and one exam attempt for the Core Skills certification included with the subscription.
Step 3 - Earning points and moving up to Expert ★★ (between 3,000 pts and 7,000 pts)
By getting familiar with how the program works:
- Understand the points system (linked to projects, sales of PrestaShop products, etc.).
- Use the resources made available to you.
- Earn more points, notably through reselling PrestaShop products, certifying your teams, and declaring your merchant stores.
Once you reach 3,000 points, you become "Expert ★★".
Benefits unlocked:
- All previous benefits.
- Access to a dedicated Channel Manager and Expert Solution Engineer.
Step 4 - Reaching the Expert ★★★ level (from 7,000 pts)
To access the most prestigious level:
- Take part in PrestaShop events.
- Develop co-marketing actions, partnerships, and sponsorship campaigns.
- Keep generating points.
Once you reach 7,000 points, you become "Expert ★★★".
Benefits unlocked:
- All benefits from previous levels.
- Priority for sponsorship & marketing activities.
- Access to a dedicated Slack channel for exclusive previews (product news, events, etc.) and a direct link with our teams.
- Maximum visibility in the PrestaShop Expert directory and better positioning in search results.
How do I track my progress?
In the Performance section of the Expert Portal, you can track your badge's progress and see your detailed score by category (stores, certifications, products, engagement). Benefits unlock automatically based on your scoring level.
