The PrestaShop Expert Program values and rewards partner agencies for their commitment to the PrestaShop ecosystem. Through a system of progressive levels, agencies can access increasing benefits as they enhance their skills and recognition.
Step 1 - Become an Expert (between 20 pts and 500 points)
To begin in the program, you will need to:
- Complete the membership form.
- Submit at least 1 URL of sites created with PrestaShop that earn you the necessary 20 points.
Once validated, this step grants access to the 'Expert' level.
Unlocked benefits:
- Badge "PrestaShop Expert"
- Access to the monthly newsletter dedicated to Experts
- Access to the monthly webinars dedicated to Experts
Step 2 - Move to Expert level ★ (between 500 pts and 2000 pts)
You will then be able to access the higher level by:
- Subscribing to the annual subscription to the Expert program, which earns you 1000 points.
This allows you to become an "Expert ★".
Unlocked benefits:
- All the benefits of the previous level.
- Discount code on the PrestaShop Marketplace.
- Participation in the monetary incentive program.
- Access to the creation of a profile in the PrestaShop Expert directory.
- Client matching carried out by the PrestaShop team.
- Access to the complete certification catalog and an examination for the Core Skills certification included by subscription.
Step 3 - Accumulate points and progress to Expert ★★ (between 2000 pts and 5000 pts)
By becoming familiar with the operation of the program:
- Understand the points system (related to projects, sales of PrestaShop products, etc.).
- Use the resources made available.
- Accumulate more points, particularly through the resale of PrestaShop products, through the certification of your teams, through the declaration of your merchant stores.
By reaching 2,000 points, you become an "Expert ★★".

- All previous benefits.
- Access to a Channel Manager and an assigned Solution Engineer Expert.
Step 4 - Achieve Expert level ★★★ (starting from 5000 points)
To access the most prestigious level:
- Participate in PrestaShop events.
- Develop co-marketing actions, partnerships, and sponsorship campaigns.
- Continue to generate points.
Once the 5000 points are reached, you will become "Expert ★★★".
Unlocked benefits:
- All the benefits from previous levels.
- Priority for sponsorship & marketing activities.
- Maximum visibility in the Expert PrestaShop directory and better positions in search results.
How can I track the progress of my journey?
In the Performance section of the Expert Portal, you can monitor the evolution of your badge and review the details of your score by category (stores, certifications, products, engagement). The benefits are automatically unlocked based on your scoring level.
