1. Change Your Email Address
If you wish to modify the email address associated with your account, please follow these simple steps:

Log in to your account: Use your current credentials to access your Expert Portal.

Access 'My Profile': icon at the top right of the homepage.

Enter your new email address: Fill in the designated field with the new address.
2. Change Your Password
It is recommended to regularly change your password to secure your account. Here is how to proceed:

Log in to your account: Use your current credentials to access your Expert Portal.

Access "My Profile": You will find the option to change your password there.

Click on "Change password".

Enter and confirm your new password: Choose a secure and hard-to-guess password.

Save the changes: Click on "Update" to save the change.

Validation: Please log in again with your new password in order to validate the change.

Profile Access Types
Each profile can have a different access level, according to your needs:
- Account Profile Administrator: Modification of company information, management of company users.
- Member Administrator: management of the company's users
- Opportunity Administrator: management of deals
You can adjust the access rights of each profile according to the type of role you wish to assign.
