1. Change Your Email Address
If you wish to change the email address associated with your account, follow these simple steps:

Log in to your account: Use your current credentials to access your Expert Portal.

Go to "My Profile": Icon at the top right of the homepage.

Enter your new email address: Fill in the field provided with the new address.
2. Modify Your Password
It is recommended to change your password regularly to secure your account. Here’s how to do it:

Log in to your account: Use your current credentials to access your Expert Portal.

Go to "My Profile": You will find the option to change your password there.

Click on “Change password.”

Enter and confirm your new password: Choose a secure, hard-to-guess password.

Save the changes: Click "Update" to save the change.

Validation: Log in again with your new password to validate the change.
3. Manage Profiles Associated with Your Account
If your account contains multiple profiles (for example, users with different levels of access), you can contact us to modify them if needed at experts@prestashop.com.
Profile Access Types
Each profile can have a different access level depending on your needs:
- Account Profile Administrator: Modify company info, manage company users.
- Member Administrator: Manage company users.
- Opportunity Administrator: Manage deals.
You can adjust the access rights of each profile according to the role you wish to assign.
