To ensure continuous access to updates and support, it is essential to keep the Business Care subscription active. In order to encourage timely renewal and avoid service interruptions, we have adjusted the reactivation fees in case of subscription expiration.
What’s Changing?
Starting March 20, 2025, the Business Care reactivation fee structure will change.
Currently, if your clients’ Business Care subscription has expired and they wish to reactivate it, the fees are calculated as follows:
- Business Care subscription price + 30% of the standalone Addon price.
Going forward, the new reactivation fees will be:
- Business Care subscription price + 95% of the standalone Addon price.
Impact on Your Commissions
The commission rate on Business Care remains unchanged. However, the Business Care price on which this rate is applied will now include the additional reactivation fees. This means that you will earn a commission calculated on a higher total amount if a client reactivates their subscription after it has expired.
Important: The Terms and Conditions have been updated accordingly to reflect these changes.
