Since the launch of the new PrestaShop Expert Certification program, the previous training modules available on the Expert portal have been deactivated.
This development marks the transition to a more technical, rigorous, and recognized certification model, based on individual examinations.
Why has access been suspended?
With the new certification program, the Certified Expert badge is based on an individual examination (Core Skills Certification) taken by at least one developer from the agency.
The old modules have therefore been deactivated, and starting from January 2026, the old associated skills will be removed from the Experts directory.
Your subscription remains active.
Even though the training sessions have been deactivated, your subscription to the Expert program remains active.
Each annual subscription now includes one attempt at the Core Certification exam for a developer.
Developers can take the exam now via Skilldy.

FAQ
Is my company losing its visibility in the Expert directory?
Agencies retain their visibility until December 31, 2025.
Starting from January 2026, only those with at least one certified Core Skills developer will remain visible. The old skills from previous training will be removed from the directory.
Will the training programs return in another form?
Yes. New specialized certifications will be gradually offered starting from 2026.
How can one know if a developer is certified?
Each certification awards a personalized badge valid for 24 months, visible in the Expert Portal dashboard and shareable on LinkedIn.
