Zen Option is a former support guarantee that used to exist until a new offer 'Business Care' came along on the 1st July 2021 on the PrestaShop Marketplace (former Terms and Conditions of Use for sellers). This option that no longer exists, it was meant to guarantee support for the three months following the purchase date.
Business Care subscription
Nowadays, in order to get support, your customers have to purchase the Business Care subscription within their Marketplace account. They won't have to purchase your module or theme again, and will be able to access your support thanks to the Business Care subscription.

⚠️According to the Zen Option's T&Cs, customers are supposed to get unlimited access to all future minor updates of the module/theme. This obligation remains even though the Zen Option has been replaced by Business Care. The only condition is that there has been no Major upgrade since their purchase. As soon as you publish a major update, customers who had a Zen Option shouldn't be able to download new upgrades. |
