In this article, we explain how to manage the information of your Expert account: personal profile, team, subscription, and preferences. All this information is centralized in the My Account section of the Expert Portal.
1. Access My Account.
- Log in to the Expert Portal.
- Click on My Account in the side navigation bar.
- The page is divided into four tabs: My Profile, Team Management, Subscription, Preferences.
My Profile - personal information.
The 'My Profile' tab displays the information associated with your PrestaShop account:
- First name, last name, phone number, email address.
Modification of the email or password: this information is managed directly through your PrestaShop account (PrestaShop ID). To modify them, please visit your PrestaShop account from the login page of the portal.
3. Team Management
The Team Management tab allows you to invite, manage, and remove members from your organization.
Add a member
- Click on Add a member.
- Provide the email address, first name, and last name of the new member.
- The member receives an invitation via email.
Remove a member
- Click on the three dots to the right of the member → Remove the member.
- This action is irreversible: the member immediately loses access to the portal.
4. Subscription
The Subscription tab provides you with access to information related to your enrollment in the Expert Program: renewal date, status, and billing history.

5. Preferences
The Preferences tab allows you to configure:
- Display language: choose the language of the portal and your emails.

Notifications: review the available notification preferences (active inbox; upcoming email preferences).
