In this article, we guide you on managing your subscription to the Expert Program, including how to switch from a monthly subscription to an annual subscription, understanding our cancellation policy, and updating your payment methods.
1. Switching from a Monthly Subscription to an Annual Subscription
You can switch from monthly to annual billing at any time. However, please note that in both cases, it is a subscription with a 12-month commitment.
If you wish to make the change, simply contact our support team via the contact form in this help center.
Note:
With annual billing, you benefit from a 20% discount. When switching from monthly to annual billing, you will be charged the remaining amount on a pro-rata basis at the annual rate: €1000 / year.
2. Cancellation Policy
We understand that your needs may change, so you can stop being a Member of the Expert Program at any time.
To do so, simply notify PrestaShop by email via the contact form in this help center. Once informed, we will proceed with the cancellation as soon as possible.
Please note that you will have access to the Benefits of the Expert Program until the end of the current period.
Notes:
- Each annual subscription started is due; it commits you to payment of all installments and does not entitle you to any refund for the period already paid.
- You are free to re-subscribe to the Expert Program at any time.
3. Updating Your Payment Methods
If you wish to update your payment information, here is the procedure to follow:
- Log in to the Expert Portal.
- In the main menu, go to My Account > Subscription.
- From this section, you can view your current subscription and access the management of your payment method.
Note:
Changes to your payment information will take effect at your next renewal.
