Once a certification has been purchased or the included attempt has been unlocked, you mustassign it to a developer in your agency so that they can take the exam. This process is carried out directly in the Expert Portal.
Steps to assign a certification.
- Log in to the expert portal.
- Access the Certification tab Certification dashboard.
- In the Certification tracking table, you can find all the certifications of your agency.
- You can directly assign a developer to a certification by clicking on the Assign a developer link in the Actions column.
- You will be redirected to the developer selection page.
- Select the developer from the proposed list.
- If the developer is not yet registered on the portal, please go to Company Profile Manage your team. Add the developer. Please note that the validation of a new user may take between 24 and 48 hours.
- Once the certification is assigned, the developer automatically receives an invitation email with instructions on how to access their examination (see: Examination procedure for certification).
Important points to remember.
- If no developer is assigned, an automatic reminder is sent to the agency.
- ⚠️ The assignment can be modified as long as the examination has not started. For any modification, it is necessary to contact support.
- Once assigned, the developer can take the examination at any time during the validity period of the attempt.
Specific cases
- Former Certification & Visibility Pack active at launch: the Core Skills attempt offered is available immediately and is valid until the subscription expiration date.
- Multiple developers to certify: each attempt must be purchased and assigned separately (see: How to purchase a certification?).
- Exam failure: the attempt is consumed and a new purchase is necessary to retake the exam (see: What happens in case of success or failure?).

May I reassign a passage to another developer if the first one has not used it?
